While women have rightfully experienced a surge of power and voice from the #MeToo movement, men seem confused, fearful, and perhaps defensive. Some men honestly don’t know how to act, don’t know what is expected of them or how to preserve their status in their organization. Isn’t being a strong leader, after all, about masculinity?
